The definition of phobia is the extreme or irrational fear of something.
Disagreeing with somebody is not a phobia.
But you are denying {blah blah}…
I’m not denying anything.
Well you’re refusing to believe {blah blah}…
If the only way to promote an idea is to eliminate any argument against that idea – then you have no idea.
In civilized society, ideas should be challenged.
Everyone has the right to disagree.
There are nations where that right does not exist. Those are the places you do not want to visit.
Unfortunately, those are the places where the style or form of governance seems to be touted by some fringe political factions in our own country.
Occasionally, these fringe individuals get into office and tear apart the fabric of civil society among their constituencies.
I’m not talking about the right or the left. I’m talking about the middle.
The middle seems to be drowned out by extreme idiots who are afraid of competing ideas in order to find the middle.
Humanity needs itself. When it begins to shut down, censor, and ad hominem attack itself then there is no more civilization nor humanity.
